Mrs Bats Creations is committed to providing quality handmade and digital products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products
All sales are final. Because digital files are delivered instantly, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any digital download.
2. Physical products
We inspect every item before it leaves our studio, but if something slips through:
🌟Faulty or damaged items - Eligible for refund (minus original postage paid) or free replacement
🌟 Change of mind, wrong size, colour, preference etc - NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
3. How to request a refund or replacement for a faulty item:
Email us within 14 days of delivery at mrsbatscreations@gmail.com
Please include:
💗 Your order number💗
💗 Clear photos showing the fault or damage.
Our team will assess your claim within 3 business days and let you know whether a refund or replacement will be issued.
4. Return shipping
💙 If we ask you to send the item back, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.💙 We recommend using a trackable service; we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.💙 Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Australian Consumer Law
This policy doesn’t limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which gives you guarantees that goods will be of acceptable quality and fit for purpose. Where those guarantees apply, we will always honour them.
