At Mrs Bats Creations, every item is handmade with love and care. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

📦 Processing Time

All orders are handmade to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your items to be created and prepared for shipping. Custom or bulk orders may take slightly longer—feel free to contact us if you need your order by a specific date.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using Australia Post. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (if included in your shipping price).

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–8 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and public holidays.

 

🌍 International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping only on certain items. Please email me directly & I would love to help design & create your dream.

International shipping is available:

  • Shipping times & Prices vary based on destination and total weight of the item being sent. A postage price will be calculated at the checkout. 

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees.

 

📮 Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once parcels are lodged with the carrier, delivery is out of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.

 

💥 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us at mrsbatscreations@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • We will review the issue and, if approved, arrange a replacement.
