At Mrs Bats Creations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at [your email address] within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement product.

There is no refunds for Digital Products / Files that are purchased.
