  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at mrsbatscreations@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement.
